You’ve probably done your fair share of training.
Maybe it was for CE credit. Maybe it was just a speaker who came to your office meeting.
Here’s the thing, though: training is important, but it’s not enough.
If you’re ambitious, forward looking, and really want to grow, you need business coaching. A good coach who truly understands where you want to go, and how to help you get there, is the key to breaking through to the next level in your real estate career.
Business coaching is an integral part of Three Sixty. We are both able to personally support our team in this role, as is Elizabeth, our Managing Broker, providing the kind of support you just won’t find in larger companies.
We developed our own careers to bring a wide range of experience to the table for our agents. Nonet serves on the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Committees and is on the senior leadership council of the University of Alabama’s Real Estate Center. Tricia is a board member of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce and is a mentor at Auburn’s Harbert College of Business.
Leading and helping others lead is what we do.
If you’re looking for more from your broker, let’s talk about it. Because we’ve built our business to help build yours.
Looking forward,
Co-Founders, Three Sixty {real estate}
